Bid Coordinator Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1008789)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Assist Bid team to:

• Support the preparation of tender and proposal documentation to the customer.

• Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.

• Coordinate preparation & distribution of related tender documents and submission of bid.

• Work closely with sales, technical, and other internal teams to gather for proposal compilation.

• Ensure that all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.

• Review of RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.

• Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and overall effectiveness.

You have:

• Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good multitasking and organizational skills

• Can work in a team, proactive and self-motivated

• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals

• Bid administrators must have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and administrative tasks

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines is essential in a dynamic business environment

• Effective communication, both verbal and written, is key when liaising with stakeholders, negotiating contract terms, and documenting agreements

• Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple bids, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously
