The Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability (CSR&S) function reports to leadership and to all other stakeholders on the impact and progress toward the sustainability roadmap.

While the CSR&S function addresses ESG topics; a Sustainability Committee oversees, approves, and provides input to Hitachi Rail on its policies, strategies and programmes related to sustainability and corporate responsibility issues, assessing their KPIs and risks.
