Christian Andi | Hitachi Rail

Christian Andi is Hitachi Ltd Corporate Officer and Executive Director of Rail Control Line of Business at Hitachi Rail, in charge of the mentioned LoB global P&L.

Building on a solid Financial and Change Management background throughout his time at Hitachi Rail (previously Ansaldo STS) he has held different positions: Executive Officer in charge of Sales and Projects for Rail Control and Vehicles, Executive officer in charge of Sales and Project for Rail Control and Vehicles for EMEA region, Rail Control Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Senior Vice-President Standard Processes, Quality and IT Services and Vice President Internal Audit.

Before joining Hitachi Rail (previously Ansaldo STS), Christian worked as Chief Restructuring Officer and Head of Controlling at a Milan-based company producing electronic equipment.

He started his career in 1998 between Chicago and Milan office of Arthur Andersen S.p.A., serving corporate customers belonging to the Industrial sector with audit services and Risk and Process improvement consultancy activities.

Christian graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Genoa, Italy.
