Rob Luijten | Hitachi Rail

Rob Luijten is Chief Human Resources Officer at Hitachi Rail and works from our London Head Office.

Over the last 30 years, he has gained extensive experience in global HR leadership, business and digital transformation, and shaping inclusive purpose-led cultures. He has worked across various industrial sectors, including medical devices, plastics, oil and gas, food ingredients, and automotive.

Rob holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, The Netherlands.
