Junior Planner Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1009285)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Regular Progress Updates:

• Collect and compile data from various sources to update project progress.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status to stakeholders.

• Identify and communicate any deviations from the project plan.

Basic Scheduling:

• Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure adherence to the schedule.

• Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in project scope or resources.

Teams Meetings:

• Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress and issues.

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

Progress Reporting:

• Update weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Present findings and recommendations to the project team.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Fresh graduates who are interested in Project Planning & PMO are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & MS Project

• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project status and identifying deviations requires a keen eye for detail.

• Creating and maintaining project schedules, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action items necessitate strong organizational skills.

• Analyzing project data to identify trends and areas for improvement calls for strong analytical abilities.

• Regular progress updates, facilitating team meetings, and presenting findings require excellent communication skills.

• Adjusting schedules to accommodate changes and ensuring timely completion of action items show the need for a proactive approach.

• Organizing and facilitating team meetings and collaborating with stakeholders highlight the importance of being a team player.
