  • Define and communicate clear task descriptions and acceptance criteria to stakeholders responsible for delivery.
  • Ensure engineering initiatives are effectively deployed within bids or projects, meeting all technical and programme requirements.
  • Organise and optimise engineering reviews, participating in reviews from design through validation and acceptance.
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance by providing visibility on engineering work packages and progress to the Bid or Project Quality Assurance Manager (QAM).
  • Identify, assess, and monitor technical risks and opportunities, defining and tracking mitigation plans.
  • Lead technical meetings and peer reviews to perform engineering design assessments and validations.

Collaboration with the Head of Engineering

  • Define and maintain the scope of deliveries for bids or projects.
  • Maintain and track the project/programme schedule in coordination with projects and functions.
  • Organise effective handover of inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the scope of defects, comments, and change requests (CRs).

Collaboration with the Design Team Leader

  • Manage sprints and planned engineering activities to ensure progress and delivery.
  • Follow up on the status of engineering documentation.
  • Maintain and update the design team schedule.
  • Plan and coordinate the analysis of defects and changes.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented leader with strong organizational and communication skills, experienced in managing complex engineering projects in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Deep understanding of engineering processes, project management, and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
